    at first I could not figure out how to change the initials but then I just moved them where you could not see them and I will see if that works.

      Macy, you don’t need to move the initials. Click on “click how to change the design” then select “left” and select your left initial. Then select “right” and your right initial and then the same for the middle. Then click on “click here to change the design” and click on frame and select your frame.

    Wont download the frame when I save as a pic

      I’m sorry but I can’t replicate the problem. I downloaded it as an image and a PDF with each of the frame options appearing.
