I used once before and it was great. Secont time I tried to use the program it would not let me save or download the image:(

Could you have installed a popup disabler? I have checked on a few computers and I had no problems saving or downloading.

Make sure you are not using Internet Explorer. You need to be in Chrome or something equivalent. Once I figured that out…. after forever…. I was good
